    Hey Popup Builder Team,

    I love using your plugin! Now with adopting a cookie consent solution required by GDPR, I would like to know if there is a cookie-free usage of popup builder. I love to set limitation rules, but this is always depending on session cookies, right?

    Right now the popup showing limitation is working with the detection of the Cookies.
