Contact form 7 not working

    Hello,

    Our contact forms have been working for the past 4 years, but all of a sudden have stopped working.

    All email settings are correct but the carousel just spins and nothing happens, the data is captured by Flamingo but not sent via email.

    Can anyone help with this issue?

    Which version of Contact Form 7 do you use?

    I have the same problem. Using version 5.3

    Hi,
    Same error here, including same time working (4 years). Yesterday I was creating a new form and figure out that all forms are not working anymore. I do not get any error message when I submit an e-mail.

    To: Gmail account
    From: email from same website domain

    Plugin version: 5.3

    Hi,

    something has changed for sure.

    You can do a lot yourself:
    – tell us the correct WP, CF7, PHP versions
    – switch all other pliginbs off to see other dependencies creating this error
    – switch PHP debugging in WP on
    – answer the questions you have been asked in detail
    – look into the logs e.g. /var/log/mail.error or wherever your provider stores logs for you to show mail sending errors (especialy if for sure no error is shown)
    – use the browser console to look for errors
    – apart others one important thing in the last few years changed is the reCaptcha v2 –> v3 thing.
    – if the mail is captured by Flamingo but not sent via email I think it is something on provider site, changed passwords or other changes?
    – try to send mails without using CF7 using PHP, Google will help you
