    Hey @pleazo

You’ve set up a flat rate of €5, but then also an additional cost of €0.50 for the shipping class for each product. Because of that, a single product will result in €5.50.

You might want to avoid shipping classes here (these are not meant for this type of scenario), and just use a flat rate of 4.5 + [qty] * 0.50:

By doing that, the costs for 1 item is €5, for 2 items it’s €5.50, for 3 items it’s €6, etc.

    Hi Senff,

Thanks for your response. Is there another way of doing this type of shipping (ie. flat rate for 1+ additional products)?

I have a multi-vendor online market place and just wondering how to get vendors to set this up themselves without being confused?

I also have 1 more question, as you can see here: https://snipboard.io/PF7usB.jpg, “flat rate” is showing up 2x. As a vendor, I only have it set 1x in my dashboard. How can I get rid of this 2nd flat rate with no cost in it?

    Best,
    Mary
