Missing Redirect yet shows in the log

Hello John,

I’m baffled at this one as I cant for the life of me locate the original Redirect yet it’s showing in the Log file.

First instance is logged on October 7, 2020 5:54 PM
Source URL: /ad-category/services/multi-services/
Target URL: https://www.domain.com/categories/
Redirect By: Redirection

I’m trying to locate that Redirect by searching for it to no avail.

When I tried creating a new Redirect, I got the following error:

Expected: 301 to https://new-domain.com/
Found: 301 to https://www.domain.com/categories/
Agent: Using Redirection
Which makes sense because the initial redirect rule is overriding the new one.

But then I went back searching for “/ad-category/services/multi-services/” and I can see the newest one I created that failed but not the other original one.

Any idea where else that original Redirect can be found in order to edit it?
