Hi, first thing thanks for this plugin, it’s awesome.

I’am using OneSignal with Super PWA in order to send push notifications, I followed the guides to setup the plugin for browsers + safari.

It works really well on desktop and mobile (as pwa on android but also with chrome and firefex), but I’m not able to make it work on any browser running on IOS (i followed the guide to enable Safari), the prompt to enable subscriptions doesn’t appear.

Can anyone help me with this issue ?

    Thank you

  • Hello, thank you for the kind words! Please do share your experience with our plugin as a review if you can!

Apple currently still does not support Web Push Notifications on iOS mobile devices like iPhones and iPads.

For more information, please read our Blog Post here: https://onesignal.com/blog/updated-ios-web-push-predictions/

Currently iPhones and iPads can only get notifications from mobile apps, not from websites.

For now, if you need push notification on iOS devices, you must create an actual iOS mobile app and not just a website.

    Thanks
