Error during translation process with Loco

    Hello, when I start the automatic translation the error occurs:
    The translation process was aborted with xxx strings. When I tested it with the non pro version some time ago it still worked. Then I get the error message: Please translate strings using Auto translate addon button first. And this is exactly what I did. Can anyone help me here?

    There is only one version of Loco Translate, and it is free.

    You have an unofficial add-on installed. If you have paid them money, then you should ask them for support.

    I can’t provide support when another plugin is changing the behaviour of Loco Translate. If you disable the add-on and use one of Loco Translate’s built-in translation providers, then I’ll be able to provide you with support if you run into any issues.

    Hey, the error comes even if I deactivate the premium version and use the free one with Yandex

    I mean disable the add-on completely. The message that says “Please translate strings using Auto translate addon button first” comes from the add-on. It is not physically possible to see this message if their plugin is not installed.
