Always show tooltip

An option to always show tooltip does not exist. You can choose between selection, focus, or none options to show the tooltip.

You can show only one tooltip at once so if you are familiar with the JavaScript you can achieve one tooltip to be shown by default before interaction with the chart happens as auser suggested in this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22635602/always-visible-tooltip-on-google-chart-on-page-load
