WooCommerce not sending new order emails

    All other emails being sent, Wordfence admin login emails, reset password ect. I use Digital Ocean and WP mail banl and have never had a problem in 6 years.

    I use Zoho mail to manage and forward my mails. All works fine if I send an email from proton mail to my WC email it lands in Zoho and then forwards to gmail

    Everything works apart from order emails.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    There are a variety of different things that could cause Order confirmation emails not to be sent. We have a guide for troubleshooting and narrowing down the cause of this issue here:

    Please go through those steps, and let us know how it goes.
