    great plugin except it wont let me create a form at my one website. The create button doesn’t work when i clicked on them.

    However when I try in on my other website at spaphilly.org it works but only if I don’t exceed 10 rows or fields. Otherwise I’ll get this error “Something went wrong while saving your form. Please try again” Any suggestions?

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    Could you please try to enable the debug mode on your website:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

    Attempt the form creation again, the same issue will return, but this time check the wp-content folder for a debug.log file, if this was generated, please open the file and paste the logs here.

    Or if this is a big file, you can upload on the google drive and share the link.

    Thanks for the quick respond,

    I followed the instructions of enabling the debug mode. i didn’t get any debug.log in the wp-content folder. I tried on both of my websites.

    Also tried on a third website where i completely removed all other plugins except the forminator and tried on default wordpress themes twentytweny. Still the same error.

    Hi @abelicious,

    Did you enable debug log on that second site where you disabled everything as well and it still didn’t create the log file?

    Can you tell us where your site is hosted and some info about the setup, like version numbers of WP, PHP, MySQL, and also if the server is running on NGINX or Apache?

    Also, do you have any mu-plugins added by any chance?
