Demo import not displaying correctly

    At this point I just want to cry as it shouldn’t be this hard to import demo content. I’ve added the below to the wp-config file
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    Added these lines to the htaccess file
    php_value upload_max_filesize 64M
    php_value post_max_size 64M
    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_time 300

    Tried the manual import and the json import just shows a progress bar without advancing! I’ve imported many demos in the past and this is just way too hard!

    Php version is 7.3.21

    To add, the content is there, it’s the Elementor view that’s messed up. I also tried on a brand new sub domain with no unrelated plugins installed and still the same result

    Hi,

    Please go to Elementor > System Info and check the below parameters.
    ​Make sure that you are using PHP version 7 and above, that your WordPress Memory Limit is set to 512M or above, and that your Upload Limit is set to 20MB or above.
    Also, make sure that GD Installed and ZIP Installed are both to YES.
    If any of these parameters do not match, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to help you with the setup mentioned above.
    and try importing again.

    you can also try manual Importing data.
    To import the demo manually, you have to import the 3 files from here https://github.com/oceanwp/oceanwp-sample-data and follow the steps.
    1. Import sample-data.xml file from Tools > Import, and Run WordPress Importer from here and import the XML file.
    2. Import the oceanwp-export.dat file from the Theme Panel > Import/Export, and import the .dat file.
    3. Install the widget Import-export plugin, Go to Tools > widget Importer & Exporter, from here import the widgets.wie file.

    Now go to appearance > menu, and assign the menu to the main menu.
