    2- What does Enable Asynchronous Mode mean, should it be enabled?

    Yes you have to enable it.

    3- When a request occurs, is the commission deduction conditional on an action by the administrator or seller?

    >> Admin can pay commission to his vendors using all the gateways that are supported by WCMp (Paypal Masspay, Paypal payout, Stripe connect, Mangopay connect) and depending on the disbursal scheduled the vendor will get his commission.

    Hello, thanks for the return.

    Can you help me with the questions below:

    1- I was able to deduct it as commissions, however the payment is not sent to the supplier when trying to pay the seller for this error ”
    Payment failed “: http://prntscr.com/vpe166.

    2- Review the paypal settings and apparently everything is correct, including the payment settings of the seller who also has a paypal account.

    3- When checking in the forum, some people talk about a log report to investigate the error, but I can’t find these logs. Where do I find this report?
    * To participate in the forum, do I need to be subscribing to any product? because I opened a topic over there and the message disappeared.

    4- Another question is about the seller’s panel. If the transfer of the commission is not foreseen in the automatic in the admin, the seller does not request / can request the commission through his panel, is that it?

    >> Can you please check the log of our plugin and see what error message you will see there. Please share the error message with us, so we can check.
    — check the plugin folder “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” under “Plugin” folder.

    In this folder dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor, you will see another folder called “Log”. There you can see the error message.
    — To check the paypal log
    wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/paypal-2020-11-25-11c649740498618f1a87b5f0bd210d04.log

    If you facing the same issue please deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and WCMp and check the flow.
