[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Help with directing emails

Hello all

Here is my problem.

I run this site. (www.harwichfoe.co.uk) and as you can see there is a section where you can select the subject. Now the subject selects where the email goes.

As you can there are only a couple of email address in there but there will be more in the future. The problem is that at the moment there are some email address that get mail on certain subjects.

My question is, how do I let the recipient know what the subject was. How will Coordinator@harwichfoe.co.uk know if it is a General Enquiry or a Current Campaigns question.

I tried having [menu-691] in the Message body but that only told me the email address.
