That’s odd.
When you go to Stock Central, can you see all your products listed there (on the “Controlled” view)?
Also, might you check whether you have some kind of errors on your PHP error log related to ATUM, please?

Thank you so much Salva Machi. Yes I can see all my products on controlled view. I have installed query monitor since I have no extended knowledge on programming and such. If you could gove me directions on how to creat an error log with that plaguin or anyother you prefer, I will do just that. Thank again for your help and I look forward to your response..

I’ve never used a plugin to get the error logs. But you can try any of them:

Anyway, adding those lines to the wp-config.php file as suggested on the article I told you before, is not a complex thing…
Once you get the log, you can create a private ticket and upload it there, please:
