Conditional Shipping Food Products

    We are using UPS as well as conditional shipping
    We have 2 Classes: Fresh Food & Treats
    I Have 1 zone with two shipping options in it. Fresh & Treats with their respective handling charges in them

    With the following restriction { If fresh & treats are in cart together ignore Treat Shipping }(This works standalone)

    If i set another restriction {If Treats are in Package & Fresh is not ignore Fresh shipping} (This works standalone as well)

    When i combine these restrictions though, The fresh food and treats restriction works, but when i put just treats in no fresh.. i get no shipping options…

    I am at a loss.

    I have even set up the treat rule and set restriction at the poroduct level for fresh food and still nothing works in tandem.
    Any help?
