Unstable Neve theme

First problem (mysteriously solved now) the theme was unstable. Sometimes (not always) when the user was not signed in, the theme appeared broken. Although on a desktop computer, the content appeared normally, whereas the graphics appeared in iPad view, leaving the rest of the screen blank white. Also on mobile, the page was moving left to right, not up and down, as supposed. Somehow this problem disappeared the past 2 weeks.

Second problem, the CI Upcoming Events widget, although set to show 4 events in 4 columns, working perfectly so far, as of today started showing 3 events per row.
