    hi, profilegrid woocommerce plugin is not updating on my site and is giving the error: update package not available.

    whats the solution.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to us.

    We only allow manual updates at this time due to the added security risk that comes with automated updates. We have the project on the roadmap to enable automatic updates – we need to get it right when we allow it.

    You may update the ProfileGrid main plugin from the WordPress admin dashboard; for the main plugin no need to download the zip file. For extension, you have to log in to your Metagauss account and download the updated extensions listed under your purchase.
