You can change absolutely any text label in WCPT. When you say ‘filter label’ that could refer to a few different locations in the table.
1. If you are referring to the heading in the dropdown navigation filters (eg: Sortby, Price filter, Category filter, etc) then go to the specific table’s settings > navigation > open the settings of the target navigation filter and change the template for the ‘Heading’.
2. If you are referring to the ‘Filter Modal’ trigger in phone / tablet view then make the same change as point 1 in the product table’s settings > navigation > responsive navigation > Filter Modal > Button label.
2. If you are referring to the ‘Filters’ text that appears at the very top of the filter modal in the tablet / phone view then go to wp admin > product tables > settings > modals > labels and modify the text there.
