Changing cart color

    Hello, I am trying to change the cart icon color for different pages. Like I want store, cart and checkpage to have black cart icon which I have now but the rest of the pages like homepage, contact us, and about, I would like a white icon color. Also when I change the color of these separately I do not want it to affect mobile view. How do I do this?
