    Hello,

I am trying to upload my tax csv file to woocommerce, but it keeps saying
“Sorry, there has been an error.
    The CSV is invalid.”

I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. You can see my csv file here: https://snipboard.io/hsq0rv.jpg

    Anyone know why?

    Best,
    Chris

    Hi there,

Checking the plugin code, it looks like that error would be returned if the CSV file contains a number of columns other than 10. Based on your screenshot, it looks like it should have the correct number of columns, and with the correct header column names. However, perhaps a value got entered somewhere outside the range shown the screenshot?

If you try copying just those columns and rows into a fresh/new CSV file, and then try uploading, do you see the same thing?

If you are still having trouble, please upload your CSV file to your site’s media library or a service like Google Drive / Dropbox, and then provide the URL here so we can take a closer look.

    Thank you!
