Wrong currency on Facebook catalog using Aelia Currency Switcher

Hi,

I got a problem with the wrong currency on Facebook. I am using Aelia Currency Switcher with Geolocation activated. I have 10 currencies and EURO is my default one.

When products are transfered to facebook catalog. The currency is USD for some of them and for other is Euros. I can’t find any solution. Do you have any fix for this problem?

I would like to only transfer my products in EUR.

Did you try the changes referenced in the other post that you sent the link for?

Regarding the snippet, just to clarify, once you applied it, it is only changing the symbol to Euros, but utilizing another currencies price? Is it always using the USD price with the snippet in place?

Hi Steve,

I tried to change the reference on the hardcore currency, But only changes the currency symbol to Euro. The value still in USD prices.

About to amend the code on fbproductfeed.php. I have tried but without success so far.

Other users using Facebook for Woocommerce and Alia Currency Switcher have reported this issue?

Hey @oscarlarajara

Is there any consistency to which products are being synced in USD? If so, you might be able to force it back to Euro’s for the sync.

Beyond trying the solutions you referenced, you could also look into hardcoding the currency into our filter. There is some sample code on the Aelia site here that might be helpful in getting this put together.

Can you please let me know if any of the options are helpful?
