Registeration notifications not being sent

Hi,
We are using QEM for our Sunday church service registrations and have noticed recently that not all emails are being sent to the church’s email address when people register. We have the proper email address setup on the registration settings and this feature was working previously but now it seems to be hit or miss. We get notified of some people’s registrations but not others.
Anything we can check on our end?
