Since a few week, when I enter (as Admin) a manual order for a registered customer, when the order is inserted, if I open the order in the order-list I see that is shown only the billing address, while the shipping address (that was already registered, beeing a registered customer) is not shown.

I am sure that a few weeks ago, when I created a manual order selecting a registered user, when I opened the order in the order list, both billing and shipping addresses were shown, while now it seems that the shipping address is not shown even if it’s present in user’s account.

    Why?

    Hi @ico33 ,

I tested this on our test site, and the shipping address populates automatically when a customer is added to an order (given the customer has a saved shipping address). Please see the screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/UfpJ1j

Can you please do the following:

    – Create a user/customer and add a shipping address to their account.
    – Then create an order and assign the customer you selected above. Check if the shipping address fields in the order populate or not.
    – If the shipping address fields do not populate, then ensure that WooCommerce and WordPress are up to date, and do a conflict test as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

The procedure you indicated is exactly the same I did. And the same I always did, but since a few weeks… the same procedure in the same site with the same plugins, doesn’t work.

Well, I see the shipping address in the same screenshot, me too. The shipping address is not loaded (only for manual orders) in the orders-page, when you click to see the preview on the symble “eye” near the name of the customer in the ORDERS PAGE, after the order is created.

Thanks, I was able to replicate the same behaviour. I have opened a bug report for the developers to review. You can keep a track of the bug report and further updates on it at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/28030

Thank you! As I told before, until a few weeks, it worked correctly. This year I had to insert several manual orders, and in the preview the shipping address was always shown. So, I think it’s a issue of the last update of Woocommerce.

Hope to see it solved. Thank you.
