Hi @kmahyyg, thanks for seeking our help on this.
When you refer to poor internet connectivity, is this from your website to Wordfence’s servers?
Ideally, we would need a diagnostics report to check why this might be, if you could send one to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.
Thanks,
Peter.

Yes, my web server connection to your wordfence server is poor and seems blocked by Chinese Firewall. I need help for updating rules manually.

Hi @kmahyyg,
Thanks for sending the diagnostics and confirming you are blocked by locational firewall from obtaining the file you need.
Unfortunately after further consultation, we do not at present make the individual files available for manual updates.
Thanks again,
Peter.
All I can do now is just reversing and code-reviewing your code and try to make it work.
