drop down page menu needed

I would like to do 2 things:

1) Clean up the messy look of page titles and have them displayed in an organized drop down menu. Any suggestions of plugins or techniques?

2) Have a 2 tier level of view-ability for visitors and subscribers.

I do have a members only plug that I just installed “Members Only” plugin, but have not used it yet.

I wish for visitors to only see limited pages until they subscribe.

pls make recommendations.
