    Hello guys.

Sometimes, for an unknown reason, the sales aren’t correctly tracked. It’s bugging again for a week.
It means that probably other functions too aren’t tracked correcly…

    How to fix that ?

    I have the same issue!

    Hi there,

Which sales report are you comparing Google Analytics’ sales with?

From Google Analytics’s sales performance transaction, do you see what is not being captured?

    Hi @kenteush29

Also, in order for Google Analytics to track purchases on your site, including data like revenue, tax, refunds, and shipping, it requires a payment gateway that redirects to the thank you/order received page after payment.

Test using Stripe, PayPal powered by Braintree, PayPal Express Checkout,or Square.

Also, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Analytics to see if this resolves the problem.

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Here is a link that better outlines that process:

We haven’t heard back from you in a week so if you still have issues after taking these steps, please submit a support request at WooCommerce.com so we can obtain more information about the site’s environment.
