• Hey,

My company has a WP site for several years now, it uses a theme called Stratus. The site is encountering a lot of issues in the admin panel. I managed to fix most of the stuff, but one thing I can’t fix, when editing existing pages, the content in them isn’t appearing, and the edit page is blank.

I figured out that our theme Stratus is a 3rd party theme and updates for it don’t show up in the dashboard automatically and has to be updated manually. I tried to do it locally, but after the update, all the content on the site is lost. I’m not talking only about styling, but all the text as well. The only thing that seemed to be left is the pictures for the page where all our team members are listed.

Any reason why the site’s text content is missing or removed?

Also, where could I possibly find this text content? I looked in the DB, but couldn’t really find it.

Just to add, It seems like the themes update would fix all the errors, but losing all the contents isn’t an option atm.
