Can’t Confirm Admin Email

I have been using the same admin email address since the website was given to me. I was receiving email but somehow the email got switched back to the person who built the website’s email.

I put my email in and it stated it will not work until it is confirmed. I have not received an email so I am unable to confirm it.

So how can I get the email for my website working?
