    Hi,

    I am really interesting by your premium plugin.
    I would like to have some informations about postal send.

    How it works with Gift Cards ?
    Who is looking for gift card send ?
    Once customers paid delivery, who gets money ?
    Does customer receive a confirmation email when voucher is sent ? Does seller receive also a confirmation email ?

    Do you have general condition about this point ?

    Thanks for your messages!!!

    You can enable shipping method from plugin settings or it will send by Email. When somebody Buy the voucher the Admin, Buyer and Receiver all will receive notification via email.

    Also, if Buyer selected voucher send by shipping then voucher email will not send directly to Receiver. Either admin can send the voucher manually or Buyer.

    when buyer pays money it will received by the account holder which account is connected from plugin settings.

    Concerning the shipping method, which service send voucher card we bought ? Is the admin who has to send the card ? The Buyer ? or There is a service that auto-sends the voucher card ?

    Hi @vayier

    If selected the shipping method then shipping charges will be added to voucher and that charges will received by Admin so, Admin need to manage the shipping option and send it manually. Also, if you don’t want to use this feature or make it unavailable then you can disable that from settings.

    I am also looking to purchase your plugin but have a couple of questions please:
    1 Can the purchaser of the voucher choose email or shipping option or is it set by admin for the site?

    2 Is there a limit to how many vouchers can be purchased by a customer at one time?

    Thanks for your message.

    Yes, the purchaser can choose either wants to send via email or shipping. The shipping methods defined by admin and buyer can choose which want to use.

    and regarding 2nd point no there is no limit a customer can purchase any number of vouchers.

    I can’t find the woo commerce activation button in general settings to allow customers to redeem their vouchers on my site.

    Also is there a way a customer can buy more than one item at a time? I mean for them to buy say 20 vouchers/gifts at one time?

    Are you using the Premium version? Because Woo commerce activation settings only available in premium version.

    And purchasing multiple vouchers at a time is not currently possible. we will try to include this feature in our upcoming updates.
