Align Top Bar’s Text To Bottom

Hi, I am using the OceanWP Theme and in the Top Bar the text is aligned to the left which is ok, but the problem is that the text is up on the top bar, I want to align the text down on the top bar, how can I do that?
For example you can see the WORDPRESS.ORG text on this website, it is aligned at the center bottom of the top bar, my website shows it on the left top, there is no option to align it to the left bottom, it is at left center or a little bit to the top
How to I align the text in the top bar to the left bottom instead of left center/top
