Removing Email from registration form

Hy, I hope you are all in good health.
I was customizing registration form of Woo Commerce when I ran into a problem.
I want to make email field not compulsory or if that is not possible then completly remove it.
And I want to Add phone number field and make it compulsory . I was successful in adding new fields in registration form but they are still not compulsory.
How can I remove or make Email not compulsory and how can make phone number feild compulsory.
