Remove the “or as a guest” text

I’d like to be able to remove the “or as a guest” text from above the Name and Email fields of the comment box. I find it confusing to our visitors.

Can you tell me which file I’d need to edit in order to do this?

I’d also like to be able to edit the field labels for “Name” and “Email”. Which file do edit for these?
