XML Export file is empty

    I am trying to export my 1,900, or so, blog posts, but the XML file that downloads is empty. BLOG HERE

    I tried installing Advanced Export, but still – empty XML file.

    Please help.

    I’ve never had this issue with an XML download but I have seen MySQL queries fail silently (in my case due to a MySql server timeout) and the result was an empty file. Increasing the MySql timeout fixed the problem. You might talk to your host about this.

    Hi Michelle! I am having the same problem and just made a new post in the forums about this :\ Did you ever get the export problem resolved?

    I had this same problem. I deactivated all plugins except Akismet, and it worked. You might try that.
