• Hi,
From time to time (very random but no more than once a month), some WooCommerce settings just reset and i have to re-configure when I realize it happened.
Most of the times it’s something like the terms of sales page or the cart page that’s not defined anymore, the default customer address which messes with the displaying of prices (because of VAT calculation).
When it happens, it doesn’t look like it matches any WooCommerce update, so i have no idea where it comes from…

    Hi there,

The only thing I can think of is that there might be some sort of database caching happening OR that the database is switched to an older version behind-the-scenes. Have you checked with your hosting provider on whether they made any changes on their side?

    Hello,
nothing to report on the host side…
I also checked if erverything was up to date in WooCommerce > Status > Tools. Everything seems fine.

    Howdy,

Then I would try and introduce a logger to hopefully track what is happening. For example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-history/

Independent of the plugin chosen, you should check whether it actually does also track WooCommerce settings.
**Before you do that, please do make a full backup!** – one can never have too many ;).

    Kind regards,

Thanks for your suggestion. Do you know if this plugin tracks WooCommerce settings ? I don’t see it in the description.
I’ll install it and see, however i’m the only admin that manage WooCommerce settings, the others do not venture there…
