    I bought the extension and the Mailchimp integration is not working. I emailed support twice and have yet to hear anything back. Is this plugin still supported — even after you pay for the extension?

    Got it solved with help of support.

    Basically, the user has to click the download link before he is added to Mailchimp. I did not realize.

    USER ERROR on my part.
