Apologies for the delayed response! From the email customizer, if you navigate to Order Items you should see an option to set the Product Image Size. What do you have that set to?

I have the product image size set to 150×150 in the Order Items section and the thumbnails look perfect in the preview. When I set the image size to 100×100, the images look square and cut off. That´s exactly how I see them in the actual email even if I set 150×150 in the settings.
It looks like when I set the size to 150×150, the images are 150×150 in the preview but 100×100 in the actual email.
Any idea who to fix this? Thank you!

I tried setting different sizes in the email customizer but the thumbnail in the actual email I receive is always square even if I set it to 100×50. The preview always looks correct, the issue is only with the look of thumbnails in the actual email. Help!
Sorry again for the delay! I’m a bit confused. 150x150px is still square, not rectangular?
Can you confirm that your cache is being cleared? If the preview looks correct it’s possible your cache is keeping the effect from being live. Let me know if there’s no change.
