Cannot publish although requirements fulfilled

Hi,

I’ve been trying this plugin now, but I cannot get it into working properly. I added some required actions in the checklist, such as minimum word count, alt text, minimum amount of external and internal links, etc… The issue is that it refuses to publish the article, although the requirements are fulfilled. Is it related to the content of my website is in Arabic language?
