Syncing WP website with remote MySql DB

Hi Guys, here is a scenario needing help from experts. We have a PHP-MySql DB server setup through which our community mobile app fetches all content. Users register, update profile, publish news and events from app as well as web portal.

I am planning to redesign the front end portal on WordPress and elementor. Have created Custome fields for users and Posts (News, events etc) on WP site but could not find a way/plugin to real time sync user and post data between the WP site and my other server. Data sync needs to be 2 way.

Guidance on above is solicited…
