download custom files (1 file – 1 user)

Hello, I love your complement, but I don’t know if it works for my purposes, I’ll explain:

I need to upload a total of 3,000 PDF files, these files will have as their name an identification document number of the same number of users. The user, from the front of the site, should be able to type her document number and when doing so, only the document that has the same number will be downloaded.

Is it possible to do this with your plugin? If so, do you have a guide on how the process would be? If not possible, do you have any idea how I can achieve it?
