Print order in POS

Hi,
I have integrated successfully WooCommerce with Square but we have a problem. I am working in a Restaurant’s website and orders do not get printed in the point of sales. (E.G. if it’s fries and a beer it should send two print orders: one to the kitchen and other to the bar). This functionality is activated in Square and works related to the item’s category. Orders from WooCommerce go to Square as closed orders and can’t be printed.
Is it possible to leave the transactions open until we finish them in Square?
Right now WooCommerce is closing the transaction before it gets into Square.
We believe this is causing not to go to the kitchen printers.Can you please give me a ticket number for this answer? If you can give me a support ticket, the integration team from Square can help us to solve it.
