Unable to display Library

    Hi There,

    When I setup and validate the account it does it successfully. But then why I place the shortcode:

    [zotpressLib userid=”6900739″]

    into my page – it doesn’t load the library just says ‘Loading content…’ and doesn’t move forward.

    Any suggestions how I can debug/fix this?

    Do you see the library contents on the main ZotPress tab on the WP Dashboard?

    I have the same problem. I do see the conent of my library in the Zotpress plugin panel, but the display on the website no longer works.

    We can’t see what you see. You’ll need to share more about your basic setup, what you’ve tried, which shortcodes you’re using, before anybody here can try to help out.
