So I was trying to refund an order’s fee and this happened. I was supposed to click the ‘refund manually’ button but it always says ‘invalid refund amount’ because it’s always 0. Is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried the steps at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-refunds/#section-4 to process a manual refund?

That’s exactly what I did. This might actually be a bug.
