Trying to install Starter Themes

    Hi,
    I have installed the Neve theme. I have clicked on Neve Options and navigated to Starter Sites.

    I receive the following message: In order to be able to import any starter sites for Neve you would need to have the Cloud Templates & Patterns Collection plugin active.

    However, I have gone onto the Plugins section and the plugin is active.

    Any ideas?
