Losing Connection

Hi there!
For some reason the printer keeps disappearing from the Setup and/or connected and not printing and we have to rename it or re-setup the printer. Version 1.1.2. WooCommerce Version 3.8.1.
We tried using the Beta version but for some reason we can only get it to print with Cash on Deliver and NOT with credit card orders. Is there a way to fix this so we can try the beta version to see if it fixes the connection/disappearing issue?
