Theme won’t “reset”

I uploaded a theme, which I’ve deleted and re-uploaded numerous times. I clear all files, history, cache, cookies, recycle bin and restart every time, and it still won’t reset to the original parameters of the theme instead of what I edited it to be. Why does it keep doing this?!
