Undefined function wp_cookie() after latest CVS update

    After performing a cvs update (cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/cafelog co wordpress)

    and running the …/wp-admin/upgrade.php script, I am getting the following error when attempting to log in.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_setcookie() in …/wp2/wp-login.php on line 136
