3D Secure not working

    Dear Sir,

    Thank you for this plugin, it makes installing Stripe very easy.

    I have a problem in which the checkout does not complete 3D Secure, either in test mode or live mode.

    In the Stripe dashboard I see ” payment_intent.requires_action ”

    I was hoping you may be able help?

    Hi @kaloo,

    Thank you for contacting us. I reviewed your site and I can see that instead of using a traditional checkout page you create the order then redirect the customer to the order pay page.

    Let me run some tests on my development environment to see if I can re-create this on the order pay page. If I find anything that points to a plugin issue I will be sure and include a fix ASAP.

    I’ll update you shortly on my testing and the results.

    Hi @kaloo,

    I was able to re-create this issue using the order pay page. It’s specific to whenever 3D secure is triggered on the order pay page.

    I will include a fix for this in the next release, within the next 3 days. Does that fit into your timeline or do you need this as mission critical before then?

    Hello Mr Clayton,

    I think you probably didnt receive my email, the 3d secure popup does now appear, however it does not complete, it disappears anf then immediately comes back in an endless cycle.

    The payment does not complete in the Stripe dashboard, I have tried using my own real card as well.

    Also, if Paypal Standard is active at the same time the popup does not show.

    @kaloo,

    Please contact me again via the Help button located in the plugin settings pages. If you have a staging site that would be helpful to try and re-create the issue.
