[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] No Form ID Set!?

I’m unable to edit posts from the front of my site. I’m always directed to my back end edit form, regardless of my TDOMF form options configuration. At this point, I’m guessing this has to do with the “No Form ID Set!” error?

Help. . . please!
