Add defer parsing of javascript

    Hi,

    I asked before, really hoping to get a resolution… please if you could help me…

    How do I know what to add and how to add to defer javascript block? I added the following and things broke.

    So then I added just the ones from recaptcha and mailchimp thinking they were definitely nonessential and still they were listed to defer on GT with no improvement.

    How do I do this? I’ve read so much material but every article just says to add it, add what and how and where???? thank you in advance!

    @svseaodyssey Can you please uncheck the option “Enable minification of JavaScript files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    Thank you for your response Harshad.

    I did as requested and the same list shows to defer parsing. And there is a list to minify JS now. Can you help further?

    @svseaodyssey Please toggle “Process JavaScript files” from WP-Optimize > Minify and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    @bornforphp Yes, I have done this. The list to defer parsing of JS has quadrupled. What else can I do?

    As it stands now, I still toggled off Enable minification of JavaScript files and toggled back on the Process JavaScript files.

    @bornforphp I didn’t see your message! I have done so and things broke. Here is the errors I received from inspection tool if that helps.
