Can you provide a specific example or screenshot of the problem?
This sounds like it could be an issue with caching, are you using any caching plugins or does your hosting provider have a CDN option built in?
Hi Chris,
And thank you for your answer.
Yes, we are using caching plugins. We have the following plugins: Autoptimize, Fast Velocity Minify, Litespeed cache, WP-Optimize.
One thing I noticed is that when I use VPN Express and a connection for example in Canada, everything works, but when I’m doing with my own internet connection in Finland, then there’s problems with photos.
How do I attach a screenshot here in the forum?
But basically, when we go to our website, some of the pictures are showing like they should and others are just appearing with the image text.

You would have to use a tool like loom to share a link to the screenshot.
I have visited your site but not seeing any image text or missing images that I can tell.
It does sound like a coaching issue.
This is really weird… I live in the middle parts of Finland and our site is not working correctly here (I’ve asked my friends to try it as well and they have the same problem), but when my friend in the southern parts of Finland (400 km south from my place) tries to use our site, everything works great. And when I’m using a Finnish VPN connection, the site works normally…
Have you tried deactivating you cache plugins? Looks like the images are only loading when they come into view (lazy loading), this is a default function WordPress now, it could be that there is a conflict with one of the caching plugins and the built in lazy loading feature.
If any of the plugins you use are premium (paid for) you could try contacting the developers and see if they have seen this issue before.
But shouldn’t it be happening everywhere, if it was about lazy load?
I haven’t tried deactivating those plugins yet and actually my Hosting provider is trying to help me with this as well, but I’m planning to try deactivating those plugins at some point, if we aren’t able to figure this out…
Indeed, disabling lazyloading in Autoptimize might be a first step?
and/or: it seems like you have “image optimization” on, but that you have exceeded the free quota due to which the images requests are redirected back to your own site. either disable “image optimization” or create a Shortpixel account, add credits and associate the domain?
