• …but I had some issues with getting it to work on my site. Apparently there is an issue with Elementor not wanting to load additional plugins so I had a few issues with the plugin. However, Leap13’s team were very helpful. Funny thing is that I have 3 sites – 2 of which have the Premium Addons plugin (of which, one site is on a subdomain of the other) but while it works fine on one, it will not load on the subdomain site without first disabling ALL other non Elementor plugins first – having to disable plugins before editing a site is too much of a pain for me.
    As stated though, the plugin is great – I have no issues on my other site – just the one on my subdomain.
    I gave it four stars instead of 5 because, while it works great on one site – it doesn’t work on the other despite having the same plugins – I guess I’m just picky.
    Still… thanks to Leap13 and their team for being very helpful and understanding.

    Changed my review – still wanting the refund that you’ve offered.
    I appreciate you reaching out but I would have preferred to have the plugin work since it worked on my other site. As per my revised review, I see no reason why the plugin should work on one site, but then not work on the other which, apart from being on a subdomain, is almost identical with regards to structure and plugins. I followed all the directions, read and followed the suggestions that your team made regarding the issue, but no dice – so if you don’t mind, I would like that refund. Many thanks again.
